NVIDIA GeForce 9500M GS
Scheda grafica media della serie 9000M. Con la stessa RAM e clock risulta un 10% più veloce di una 8600M GT. Le specifiche sono identiche alla 8600M GT. Secondo Nvidia unica differenza il consumo di energia che si è ridotto.
La scheda grafica supporta il DirectX 10.0, ma le prestazioni non possono supportare gli effetti con un alto livello di dettagli (almeno per giochi come World in Conflict o Crysus)
Una caratteristica particolare di questa scheda grafica è l' Unified Shader o ALU (arithmetic logical unit). Non ci sono Pixel o vertex shader dedicati ma 32 processori stream che fanno i lavori svolti precedentemente da Pixel o vertex shader.
Il clock della memoria della GeForce 9500M GS dipende dalla memoria che monta: 400 MHz se GDDR2 e 700 MHz se GDDR3.
